Delivery questions
Why does delivery take a little longer than Amazon?
Because we do not sit on a warehouse full of stock. Wildhorn is made in small batches so what reaches you is fresh rather than something that sat on a shelf for a year.
In practice: 1 to 3 business days to process, then about 5 to 8 business days to arrive in the US. Busy periods and international orders run longer.
Where is my order right now?
Use the tracker at the top of this page with your order number or tracking code. If it has been more than two weeks since your shipping confirmation, use the form on our help page and we will chase it for you.
Tracking says delivered but I have not received it
Check with anyone else at the address and around the property first, parcels are often left in a safe spot. If it does not turn up within 48 hours, use the form on our help page with your order number and we will make it right.
Can I change my address or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped yet, yes, use the form on our help page as fast as you can with your order number. Once it has shipped we can no longer change it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner, so delivery times vary and can run noticeably longer than US orders.
