PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. SECTION 13 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. 7.1 Right of Withdrawal (UK & EU Customers, including Ireland)

If you are a consumer in the European Union (including Ireland) or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, for products that remain sealed and unused. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@trywildhorn.com. This statutory right applies in addition to any satisfaction guarantee we may offer. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened after delivery may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law.

7.2 Consumer Guarantees (Australia & New Zealand)

If you are a consumer in Australia or New Zealand, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where the seller (Morvane LLC) is established. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

13.1 Informal resolution first. Before starting any claim, please contact us at hello@trywildhorn.com and describe the issue and the relief you seek. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

13.2 Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Morvane LLC agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchases, your subscription or this website will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement. The arbitration may be conducted by video, by phone, in writing, or in person in the county where you live. Arbitration fees will be allocated as provided by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

13.3 Class action and jury trial waiver. You and Morvane LLC each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding. You and Morvane LLC each waive the right to a jury trial.

13.4 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek relief in court for the infringement of intellectual property rights.

13.5 Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing hello@trywildhorn.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your full name, email address and order number. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

13.6 Courts and severability. Any claim that is not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, the arbitration agreement will not apply to that claim. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia or New Zealand.

14. Subscriptions

• We only ever adjust downward. We will never increase the number of units in your recurring orders above the number you chose when you subscribed.
• Why we may reduce your quantity. Some customers subscribe to more units than they need for one 28-day cycle. To avoid sending you, and charging you for, more product than you can use, we may reduce the number of units in your recurring orders to match a normal 28-day supply. For example, if you subscribed to 4 units and 4 units is more than you need for one cycle, your recurring orders may be reduced to 2 units or 1 unit.
• You only pay for what you receive. If we reduce your quantity, you are only charged for the units actually shipped in each recurring order, and you will continue to receive the same product you originally chose.
• You stay in control. The current quantity is always shown in your subscription account. If you prefer to keep your original quantity, just email hello@trywildhorn.com and we will restore it.
• Billing. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider and are charged automatically on each renewal date, every 28 days, until you cancel. Full details are in our Subscription Policy.
• Managing your subscription. You can skip a delivery, pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription page (trywildhorn.com/pages/manage-subscription) or by emailing hello@trywildhorn.com.
